Buffer Tank

We provide a 750 Litre buffer tank complete with integrated connections specifically for the Dachs CHP.  The use of a Buffer Tank is highly recommended as it is used to store heat in times of low thermal demand, thereby increasing the running hours on the unit between starts and stops, boosting overall savings and reducing the stress on the engine.

Hot Water Module

Our hot water module is a heat exchanger and pump arrangement that is fitted to the buffer tank, and can deliver up to 30l/min of hot water, suitable for a small commercial application or a large domestic house.

Condensor

The condensor is an additional external heat exchanger on the flue of the Dachs, used to extract any residual heat from the Dachs, by cooling the exhaust gases to below 60^oC.  It helps boost the overal efficiency of the Dachs to a possible 99%.

 Flue Kit

We provide a flue kit for the condensing unit for up to a 7m flue run, complete with a number of 90 and 45 degree bends, and horizontal terminal. 

Thermostatic Pump

The thermostatic pump is a differential pressure pump fitted with a thermostatic valve, which when fitted to the buffer tank guarantees that only hot water will be pumped from the tank into the heating system.  The pump has a maximum flow rate of 3m³/hr.
